TasteControl helps you reduce the amount of effort and time taken to prepare that perfect meal, each and every time. With Miele’s patented technology, the oven determines when to stop to cooking process completely, or when to slow it down or simply keep it warm.
Your Generation 7000 oven stops the cooking process for perfect results: the oven compartment can be cooled down completely after the cooking process so dishes don’t carry on cooking in the oven. Or the oven can keep the food at serving temperature by opening and closing the motorised door. This ensures that your dishes are cooked to the perfect degree and no further – even if you aren’t there to take them out of the oven straight away.
Overbaking and overcooking is a thing of the past. At the end of the cooking cycle, the door opens automatically, rapidly cooling the oven. And a maintenance temperature can be set so that food stays warm or meat can rest.
With TasteControl, the oven compartment cools down extremely quickly after the end of a cooking process. This prevents unwanted overcooking and the desired cooking result is retained. You do not have to be there at a time defined by the appliance to remove your meal from the oven.
For baked goods and other foods, which are served cold, the oven compartment is cooled completely.
